Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) technologies.
• Oversee code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards.
• Integrate with various databases (SQL, NoSQL) and third-party APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and robust system interactions.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions and contributing to system stability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven expertise in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Extensive experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, or Java, including related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot).
• Proficiency in designing and interacting with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development, as well as microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for immediate joiners to those with a 15-day notice period.
