Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate complex design mockups and detailed business requirements into pixel-perfect and highly functional web features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the frontend stack, leveraging modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to create rich user interfaces.
• Implement advanced state management solutions like Redux or effectively utilize the React Context API to ensure data consistency, predictability, and overall application stability.
• Integrate RESTful APIs seamlessly to connect frontend components with backend services, managing data flow and error handling efficiently.
• Ensure the responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications for a diverse user base, delivering a consistent experience across devices.
• Participate actively in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance, including debugging and troubleshooting issues to enhance user experience.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of progressive professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a deep and demonstrable expertise in React development.
• Exceptional proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with a strong understanding of their underlying concepts.
• Solid practical experience with React.js and its core principles, including a comprehensive understanding of component lifecycle, React Hooks, and virtual DOM.
• Proven ability to implement and manage state effectively using state management libraries such as Redux or the React Context API.
• Strong track record of effectively integrating with and consuming REST API endpoints to fetch and display data.
• Extensive experience with version control systems, specifically Git, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows.
• In-depth understanding and practical application of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development practices.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools. Experience with Next.js, Material UI, Jest for testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is considered a significant advantage.
