Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the Financial Controller role.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation processes for the Accounts Executive role.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including GST and TDS, and prepare necessary filings.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collection activities effectively.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to senior management, contributing to the company's long-term financial health and growth.

Requirements

• For Financial Controller: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with a CA or MBA in Finance qualification.
• For Accounts Executive: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, with a B.Com degree or CA Dropout status.
• Mandatory experience in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) or E-commerce industry is essential for both roles.
• Proven expertise in D2C accounting practices, including comprehensive knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
