As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping economic growth by connecting investors with compelling opportunities and providing expert guidance through complex investment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investment outreach and generate high-quality leads through rigorous sectoral and market research, identifying key investment opportunities and trends.
• Actively engage with leading industry associations, chambers of commerce, trade bodies, and relevant governmental committees to foster robust relationships and gather critical market intelligence.
• Undertake detailed analysis of complex investment proposals, developing compelling case-based presentations and comprehensive reports for potential investors and stakeholders.
• Effectively manage country desks and portfolios, facilitating international investor matchmaking and streamlining cross-border capital movement initiatives.
• Strategically coordinate with Embassies, Investment Promotion Agencies, and other allied stakeholders to enhance investment facilitation and overcome potential regulatory or logistical hurdles.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of investors, government officials, and industry leaders to support ongoing and future investment promotion efforts.
• Monitor global economic trends, policy changes, and geopolitical developments impacting investment flows, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within Primus Partners, enhancing our reputation as a leader in investment promotion.

Requirements

• Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a UGC/AICTE/ICAI-recognized institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in investment promotion, business development, financial advisory, or a related consulting field.
• Demonstrated understanding of capital markets, investment lifecycle, cross-border transaction dynamics, and economic development strategies.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed market research, financial analysis, and present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and presentation software, including advanced Excel skills.
