Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client business processes, requirements, and objectives to formulate clear and actionable functional specifications.
• Lead the preparation and ownership of essential functional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Scope of Work, and detailed Feature Lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate productive workshops, interviews, and meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, product owners, and development teams, to elicit, analyze, validate, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
• Actively participate in pre-sales activities by collaborating with sales and technical teams, contributing to solution conceptualization, effort estimation, and presenting solutions to prospective clients.
• Analyze and document current state processes, identify areas for improvement, and define future state processes and system functionalities.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, technical capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in test case preparation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets specified requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with mandatory experience working within a pure IT Service Company environment.
• Demonstrated strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, and advanced analytical skills to effectively dissect and resolve complex business challenges.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication, coupled with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders and clients.
• Proven expertise in preparing a wide range of functional documents such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Scope of Work, and Feature Lists.
• Solid and practical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Prior exposure to and active participation in pre-sales activities and client discussions, demonstrating an understanding of client engagement strategies.
• A positive, proactive attitude, a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning, and the proven ability to perform effectively and deliver high-quality results under challenging deadlines.
