As a Senior Azure Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
• Architect and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions for various enterprise applications.
• Work extensively with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) to manage and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, Python scripts, and PySpark applications for data manipulation and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and solution architects, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data engineering initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, optimizing performance and reliability of data solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on Azure cloud services.
• Proven expertise in Azure Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building and orchestrating data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and database management.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark for big data processing.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
• Strong background in ETL development, data integration patterns, and data pipeline design and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
