Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting dashboards and interactive visualizations using leading business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI, ensuring clarity and precision in conveying key business metrics and trends.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL for efficient data extraction and manipulation, and Python for advanced statistical analysis and scripting, to unearth meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Research, develop, and implement robust Machine Learning models and algorithms to address challenging business use cases, from predictive analytics to customer segmentation.
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders across diverse departments to understand their analytical requirements and effectively translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Present comprehensive analytical findings, strategic recommendations, and model results clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering data literacy.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new data sources, analytical tools, and emerging methodologies to continuously enhance reporting capabilities and improve predictive modeling accuracy.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of all data analysis, reports, and machine learning models, strictly adhering to Dentsu's quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a closely related analytical discipline.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive professional experience in roles focused on Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Comprehensive Reporting.
• Demonstrated strong hands-on proficiency with SQL for complex data querying, extraction, and transformation, coupled with advanced Python skills for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Mandatory practical exposure to and demonstrable experience with Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and their application in real-world business scenarios.
• Proven expertise in creating sophisticated dashboards and insightful reports using industry-leading data visualization platforms, particularly Tableau (highly preferred) and/or Power BI.
• Prior professional experience within the Retail or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) domain is considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen analytical mindset and a genuine passion for deriving measurable business value from complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining complex analytical concepts.
