SAP Vistex Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive solution design for Quote to Cash and Contract to Settlement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Configure and optimize various Vistex modules, including Rebates (customer/vendor), Chargebacks (with debit memos and adjustments), Billbacks (sales incentives and reimbursements), and Composite Models for multi-layered agreements and settlements.
• Seamlessly integrate Vistex functionalities with core SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), FI (Financial Accounting), and MM (Materials Management).
• Automate and streamline the entire claims lifecycle, from initiation and validation to accrual and settlement, leveraging tools like Claim Workbench and Add bill Workbench for exception management.
• Ensure the financial accuracy and compliance of all Vistex solutions, maintaining robust audit trails.
• Utilize Vistex DW (Data Warehouse) to effectively manage large-scale data sets for pricing, contracts, and claims, supporting advanced analytics.
• Develop and implement custom reports, including SOX-compliant reconciliation and detailed rebate reports, providing critical business insights.
• Conduct collaborative workshops with business users to meticulously gather requirements, translating them into effective SAP Vistex solutions.
• Partner closely with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and provide ongoing support for enhancements and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Vistex, demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications.
• Proven expertise in overall SAP environments, specifically with a strong grasp of SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Strong foundational knowledge of pricing procedures, condition types, and agreement types within the SAP ecosystem.
• Practical experience with Vistex Fiori applications and their integration with SAP Launchpad for enhanced user experience.
• Familiarity with Vistex DW (Data Warehouse) and various analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data for reporting and insights.
• Experience in performing data conversion from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and resolving complex business challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment, contributing to successful project delivery.
