Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional support and guidance to end-users across SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP WM (Warehouse Management) modules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, resolving user queries, and ensuring data integrity within the SAP environment.
• Conduct comprehensive user training sessions, develop clear documentation, and create user manuals to empower the workforce in utilizing SAP effectively.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the IT department to identify system improvement opportunities, streamline business processes, and facilitate smooth integration.
• Assist in the testing and validation of new SAP functionalities, system enhancements, and patches to maintain optimal system performance and stability.
• Monitor key SAP processes, analyze performance metrics, and proactively identify areas for optimization within the Materials Management and Warehouse Management functions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP system usage, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices in the manufacturing sector.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Super User, SAP Key User, or a similar role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Demonstrable expertise and practical experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Warehouse Management (WM) modules are essential.
• Strong understanding of core manufacturing business processes, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
• Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts and adhere to a 6-day work week schedule to support dynamic operational needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• A proactive attitude, strong analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued.
