As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our clients' HR systems. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that meet complex business requirements. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact in enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.
• Design, build, and deploy complex business rules, workflows, and Metadata Framework (MDF) objects within SuccessFactors.
• Configure and manage Foundation Objects, Associations, and other core HR data structures to ensure system integrity.
• Manage end-to-end Leave & Absence Management configuration, ensuring compliance with client-specific policies and regulations.
• Provide expert production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective system enhancements.
• Conduct thorough Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose optimal solution designs.
• Ensure accurate employee data configuration and maintain data governance standards across all implemented modules.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of dedicated hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off.
• Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS configuration, including business rules, workflows, and MDF Objects.
• Strong understanding of Foundation Objects, Associations, and core employee data configuration within SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing Leave & Absence Management processes.
• Ability to perform system enhancements, issue resolution, and provide comprehensive production support.
• Experience across various testing phases, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• A solid background in solution design and delivering robust SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
