Salesforce Functional Consultant

Kloudrac is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team for an exciting onsite opportunity in Dubai. This pivotal role involves leading successful Salesforce implementations for a diverse range of enterprise clients, leveraging your deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

As a key member of our consulting practice, you will play a crucial role in transforming business processes through innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring client success from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and training. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and meticulously document complex business requirements from enterprise clients across various industries.
• Design, configure, and propose scalable Salesforce solutions, primarily within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce architects, developers, quality assurance professionals, and project managers.
• Lead and facilitate discovery workshops, producing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and detailed user stories.
• Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate compelling client demonstrations, and provide effective user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Drive successful end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, process mapping, and system optimization to maximize business value for our clients.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong client relationships through exceptional client-facing consulting skills.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of proven, hands-on experience as a dedicated Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Consultant.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering methodologies, process mapping, and creating detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Solid track record of successfully delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations across various industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Energy & Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing consulting skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
• Possession of relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) is highly preferred.
• Candidates must hold a valid passport and be prepared for immediate relocation to Dubai to assume this onsite role.
