We are looking for an individual with deep expertise in core Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a profound understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement and maintain configurations for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage code versioning and deployment processes using Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Perform system integrations with external platforms using REST API, SOAP APIs, and other integration patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of implemented projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Mandatory experience with Git for version control and knowledge of CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and declarative configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex integrations with external systems.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
