As a Salesforce Developer at Kforce, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust Salesforce solutions. Our ideal candidates are problem-solvers who can contribute to complex projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other modules to meet business requirements.
• For OmniStudio Developers: Develop and maintain OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
• For QA Testers: Create and execute test plans, test cases, and defect reports for Salesforce applications, ensuring functional and performance quality.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and other integration tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• Proven relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer, OmniStudio Developer, or QA Tester.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and development using Apex and Visualforce.
• For development roles: Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript is highly desirable.
• For OmniStudio roles: Hands-on experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
• For QA roles: Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with experience in manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and data models.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
