As a Retail Trainer at MyFrido, you will be instrumental in elevating the performance and expertise of our sales associates. You will empower our teams with comprehensive product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and exceptional customer service skills, directly impacting our business objectives and brand reputation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop, organize, and execute impactful training modules and workshops for new hires and existing retail staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Performance Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to retail teams, identifying areas for improvement and offering constructive feedback to enhance individual and collective performance.
• Drive Sales Excellence: Collaborate with store managers to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement targeted training strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve sales targets.
• Content Creation: Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning content, ensuring accuracy and relevance to our retail operations.
• Evaluate Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through various metrics, making data-driven adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry best practices in retail, sales, and training methodologies to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.
• Foster a Learning Culture: Champion a continuous learning environment within our retail stores, encouraging personal and professional development among team members.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience (minimum of 2-3 years preferred) in retail training, sales coaching, or a similar role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences.
• Coaching Ability: Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate individuals and teams to achieve performance excellence.
• Retail Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations, sales cycles, customer service principles, and key performance metrics.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver with an analytical mindset, capable of identifying training needs and developing effective solutions.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Balewadi, Pune, as this is an in-office position requiring direct interaction with our store teams.
