Regional Manager - South

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities across the South region, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for business growth, market expansion, and increased profitability within the designated region.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, budget allocation, and cost control initiatives to achieve financial targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Area Managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and refine regional strategies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and addressing any operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
• Implement robust operational processes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a regional management or area management role, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, managing large-scale operations, and achieving P&L objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of the Bangalore market and the broader South Indian F&B landscape.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
