Think-Apps is actively seeking talented Red Hat OpenShift Admins to join our dynamic Cloud & Container Tech Team in either Mumbai (Turbhe) or Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across various environments.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain robust security practices for container platforms, including access control and vulnerability management.
• Design, develop, and manage automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks using tools like Ansible or shell scripting.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to define best practices and ensure seamless integration of containerized solutions.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and configuration management to maintain platform integrity and compliance.
• Provide expert-level support and guidance for all OpenShift and Kubernetes-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts, to support global operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E), Technology (B.Tech), or Computer Applications (MCA).
• A minimum of 3.5 years of proven professional experience in IT operations, with a significant focus on cloud and container technologies.
• Demonstrable expertise in administering and managing Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, networking, storage, and security concepts.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with container services.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding 24x7 rotational shift schedule, including night shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
