Key Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development of robust and responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js frameworks.
• Perform in-depth requirement analysis and contribute to technical planning, ensuring alignment with project goals and architectural standards.
• Actively participate in system design and architecture discussions, translating complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement best practices to maintain high code quality and application stability.
• Oversee the integration of various modules and services, and manage the deployment process to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing application speed and responsiveness for an enhanced user experience.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed modules, APIs, and processes.
• Foster cross-team collaboration with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the development lifecycle, exploring new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven professional experience of 4 to 7 years specifically as a React, TypeScript & Next.js Developer.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a solid understanding of modern front-end development principles.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development workflows.
• Demonstrable experience in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements, design scalable solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
