Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React components and front-end frameworks from scratch.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, participating in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and React ecosystem.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on React.js.
• Demonstrable experience in building scalable web applications and developing frameworks from scratch.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and client-side scripting with JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
