Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end frontend development using React and its ecosystem, delivering highly performant and responsive web applications.
• Actively participate in requirement analysis and translate complex business needs into elegant and efficient technical solutions.
• Contribute significantly to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Oversee the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic and streamline deployment processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed modules and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional experience as a dedicated React Developer.
• Exceptional proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern React concepts, including Hooks and Context API.
• Demonstrated experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
