React Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement highly responsive and scalable user interface components using React and its ecosystem (Redux, TypeScript).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to improve functionality and address user feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 to 12 years of professional experience in frontend development, specifically with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, along with a deep understanding of their core principles.
• Extensive experience with state management libraries, particularly Redux.
• Proven ability to consume and integrate with REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, including responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Demonstrated experience in building scalable, maintainable, and enterprise-grade web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
