Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and highly performant web applications using React.js and Next.js, specifically leveraging the App Router.
• Translate complex UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience across various devices.
• Implement advanced state management solutions using libraries such as Redux or Zustand for efficient and predictable application behavior.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO, employing techniques like Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Seamlessly integrate with backend services and APIs (RESTful and GraphQL) to fetch and display dynamic data.
• Write clean, well-structured, modular, and extensively tested code following industry best practices and participate actively in comprehensive code reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in the React, Next.js, and broader JavaScript ecosystem, with a keen interest in Web3 technologies.

Requirements

• A strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience as a dedicated React & Next.js Developer.
• Demonstrable expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of browser-specific compatibility.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, including a strong grasp of its core principles, hooks, context API, and performance optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of building complex applications using Next.js, particularly with experience in the App Router, data fetching strategies, and routing.
• Proficiency in utilizing CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS to build responsive, utility-first designs efficiently.
• Solid experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Experience integrating with and designing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for data interaction.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub, for collaborative development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and a meticulous attention to detail in UI implementation.
