Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and thorough store audits to assess compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Perform meticulous quality checks on products, processes, and service delivery to ensure they meet Swish’s stringent standards.
• Monitor and enforce hygiene compliance across all assigned NCR stores, safeguarding health and safety protocols.
• Oversee the effective implementation and consistent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the store level.
• Identify deviations from established quality and operational standards, documenting findings accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborate with store managers and operational teams to communicate audit results, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, quality metrics, and compliance levels for management review and strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and protocols within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or a closely related science/engineering field from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant professional experience; applications from passionate freshers eager to start their career in quality assurance are highly encouraged.
• Mandatory: Must own a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle and possess a valid driving license for independent travel.
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to travel extensively and frequently across various store locations within the NCR region.
• Exceptional observational skills with a meticulous approach to detail and identifying discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and clear reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A foundational understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards will be a significant advantage for this Quality Assurance Executive role.
