Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive test strategies for web platforms, encompassing functional, non-functional, and automation aspects.
• Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Oversee performance, security (SAST/DAST), and accessibility testing initiatives to ensure product robustness and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with product management, development, and international stakeholders, including Japanese organizations, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage the selection and effective utilization of various test management and performance testing tools.
• Champion best practices in software quality assurance throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a dedicated QA leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting test strategies, and leading initiatives for automation, functional, and non-functional testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust.
• Familiarity and exposure to security testing principles (e.g., OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST).
• Experience with widely used test management tools like Xray, Zephyr Scale, or TestRail.
• Proven ability to work effectively with international customers, understanding diverse requirements and communication nuances.
• Prior experience testing healthcare platforms or Healthcare IT products is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
