QA Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous quality inspections, implement precise sampling techniques, and perform essential vendor audits to ensure compliance with our stringent standards.
• Execute comprehensive evaluations of a wide array of agri-commodities, including wheat, jaggery, and other farm-fresh produce, assessing their quality parameters meticulously.
• Facilitate seamless coordination and communication with both our advanced internal laboratory teams and trusted external testing facilities, ensuring timely and accurate analysis.
• Maintain an impeccable system for archiving critical documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), detailed lab reports, comprehensive traceability records, and all audit-related documentation.
• Actively support and contribute to strategic vendor development initiatives, fostering strong relationships built on quality, and ensuring steadfast adherence to all relevant food safety compliance regulations.
• Systematically monitor and analyze vendor performance, generating insightful evaluation reports to identify areas for improvement and maintain supplier excellence.
• Provide expert support and ensure preparedness during both internal and external quality audits, demonstrating the robustness of our quality management systems.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within the food processing, agriculture, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech or B.Sc.) in Food Technology, Food Science, or Agriculture is a mandatory qualification.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and practical application of national and international food safety standards and established sampling procedures.
• A strong understanding of the specific quality parameters and attributes critical for various grains and other agri-commodities.
• Exceptional analytical acumen, coupled with superior communication skills (both written and verbal), and proven proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate reports.
• An essential requirement for this QA Executive role is a genuine willingness and ability to travel extensively to various vendor locations across the region.
• Preference will be given to immediate joiners who can quickly integrate and contribute to our team's success.
