QA Engineer - GEN AI

As a QA Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will be instrumental in defining and executing test strategies for complex AI systems, ensuring robust performance, accuracy, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify potential issues early in the software development lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI-powered applications, with a focus on Generative AI capabilities.
• Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks using Python to enhance efficiency and coverage for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform extensive testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing, across various stages of development.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies, especially in the context of AI and machine learning workflows.
• Analyze and interpret complex data generated by AI models to validate expected outputs and identify anomalies.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies for new features and product enhancements.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and quality assurance to apply best practices.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, with a significant focus on automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and developing automation test frameworks.
• Demonstrable exposure to and understanding of AI-powered applications, machine learning concepts, and Generative AI technologies.
• Experience with various testing methodologies and tools for web, API, and backend systems.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential risks, and design effective test coverage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
