Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for multiple intricate software projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and performant systems that meet evolving business requirements and industry standards.
• Develop robust and efficient APIs using modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
• Oversee and contribute to the frontend architecture, utilizing frameworks like React and Angular, along with tools like Vite and Bootstrap, to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Optimize, manage, and scale various database systems, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL, to support high-volume transactions and data integrity.
• Design and implement innovative solutions leveraging vector databases like PgVector and Pinecone for advanced data processing and retrieval.
• Drive the adoption and successful integration of Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms to accelerate development cycles and empower business users.
• Provide strong technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and foster team growth.
• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to accurately translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices, contributing to efficient project execution and predictable delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with a high degree of ownership and accountability, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Exceptional expertise in Python programming and a solid background in C++ for performance-critical components.
• Demonstrated strong experience in backend architecture design and the development of robust, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Advanced proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, with a preference for React, alongside experience with Angular, Vite, and Bootstrap.
• Deep understanding of database design principles, optimization techniques, and strategies for scaling various database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL).
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex system architectures that are both scalable and resilient.
• Strong hands-on experience with Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms and enterprise-level system integrations.
• Practical experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment and management.
• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines and proficient use of Git-based workflows for version control and collaborative development.
• Experience working effectively within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills, coupled with a strong decision-making capability.
