Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI/GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications, translating complex requirements into innovative solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and secure REST APIs, Web Services, Webhooks, and SDKs to support diverse enterprise integrations.
• Architect and develop robust distributed systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and fault tolerance across various platforms.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of cloud-native application development best practices across major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, advocating for and implementing strong DevOps principles to streamline software delivery and operations.
• Implement comprehensive automated and performance testing strategies to ensure the highest quality, reliability, and efficiency of AI-powered solutions.
• Develop and integrate sophisticated authentication and authorization mechanisms to secure enterprise applications and data.
• Implement and manage observability tools, including monitoring, logging, and tracing, to ensure proactive identification and resolution of system issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with a strong, hands-on background in both Java and Python development in an enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience in AI/GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) application development, including practical experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI Agent interoperability concepts.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing robust, scalable REST APIs, microservices, and other integration patterns.
• Solid experience with enterprise integration patterns and developing highly available distributed systems.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development and deploying applications on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong command of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Experience with performance testing, automated testing frameworks, and ensuring application security (authentication/authorization).
