Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Innovative Solutions: Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable software solutions across various platforms, contributing to the core functionality of our cutting-edge healthcare products.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering strictly to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality software delivery and long-term sustainability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and deliver seamless user experiences.
• System Optimization and Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to enhance performance, reliability, and security of our critical applications.
• Technology Exploration and Implementation: Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve our development processes and enhance the capabilities and efficiency of our tech stack.
• Architectural Contribution: Contribute actively to architectural discussions and decisions, bringing forward innovative ideas and solutions for complex technical challenges within the dynamic healthcare domain.
• Full Lifecycle Participation: Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and detailed design through to rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and ongoing support for our diverse product portfolio.

Requirements

• Educational Background & Core Knowledge: A strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field, coupled with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-On Development Experience: Demonstrated practical experience through academic projects, successful internships, or personal development endeavors in relevant technology stacks such as PHP (with CodeIgniter), Python (with Django), Kotlin, Flutter, or an understanding of DevOps practices.
• Problem-Solving Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deconstruct complex technical issues and devise effective, practical solutions under various constraints.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: A proactive team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively in an agile environment and contributing positively to team dynamics and knowledge sharing.
