As a key member of our engineering team, the Python AI Developer will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust AI/ML solutions. You will leverage your extensive expertise to drive the development of next-generation intelligent systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models and applications using Python.
• Lead the charge in architecting and deploying Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
• Apply advanced techniques such as Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance AI system capabilities.
• Engage in the fine-tuning of LLMs to meet specific project requirements and optimize performance.
• Perform comprehensive data engineering tasks, including preprocessing, transformation, and management for AI model training.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into larger systems and products.
• Implement and maintain MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for efficient model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing AI/ML infrastructure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on professional experience in Python development.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Strong command of leading ML/DL frameworks and libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, and Hugging Face.
• Demonstrated experience with data engineering tools such as Pandas and NumPy, and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with MLOps concepts and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with an ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in Agile development environments.
• Candidates must possess a genuine visa; a valid passport copy is mandatory.
