As a Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and reporting of our vital programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Training and Program Coordination: Facilitate, organize, and coordinate various training programs, workshops, and community events aimed at skill development and entrepreneurship in rural communities.
• Mobilization of Rural Youth & Women Entrepreneurs: Actively engage and mobilize rural youth and aspiring women entrepreneurs, encouraging their participation in SRDF's transformative initiatives.
• Participant Engagement & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent communication and foster strong relationships with program participants, conducting regular follow-ups to monitor progress and address concerns.
• Data Management & Documentation: Accurately collect, manage, and analyze program-related data, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping and meticulous documentation of all activities and outcomes.
• Field Implementation & Progress Reporting: Oversee the on-ground implementation of development projects, track key performance indicators, and prepare detailed progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Community Relationship Building: Establish and nurture positive relationships with local community leaders, beneficiaries, and relevant stakeholders to ensure collaborative program delivery.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Master of Social Work (MSW), or an MBA specializing in Rural Development. Graduates from any discipline with a demonstrable passion for skill development and rural upliftment are also encouraged to apply.
• Passion for Social Impact: A genuine interest and commitment to rural development, community empowerment, and skill-building initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in local languages being an advantage.
