As a Program Manager – Ecosystem Engagements, you will be at the forefront of FundEnable's mission to foster a thriving startup community. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up of client engagements, including accelerator programs with incubator partners, high-profile demo days, and exclusive investor meetups.
• Orchestrate diverse startup ecosystem activities, fostering collaboration and growth within the entrepreneurial community.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with a wide array of stakeholders, including startup founders, venture capitalists, angel investors, corporate partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure meticulous program delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement robust communication strategies to keep all participants informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
• Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and generate comprehensive reports to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate impact.
• Proactively identify new opportunities for ecosystem engagement and program development that align with FundEnable's strategic objectives.
• Act as a primary point of contact for program participants, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience within a startup incubator, accelerator, Venture Capital (VC) firm, or the broader startup ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to own programs completely, from initial concept and strategic planning through to detailed execution and post-event follow-up.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven success in comfortably juggling the needs and expectations of founders, investors, and various client stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A deep understanding of the startup fundraising process and venture capital landscape is highly advantageous.
