Production Quality Executive

As a key member of our operations, you will be instrumental in maintaining consistent product quality and efficiency across all production lines. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure and uphold consistent in-process quality control throughout all stages of the production cycle.
• Drive and maintain exemplary factory hygiene standards, ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S methodology across all operational areas.
• Coordinate and schedule production activities efficiently to meet demanding manufacturing requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine robust production processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate shop-floor teams, empowering them to consistently achieve daily production and rigorous quality targets.
• Oversee the operation and provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting for milling, mixing, sifting, and packaging machinery.
• Implement immediate corrective and preventive actions for any identified quality deviations or process inefficiencies to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a startup, with significant exposure to setting up and improving operational processes.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of various milling, mixing, sifting, and packaging machinery, including basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance procedures.
• Comfortable and adept at working in rotational shifts, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to supporting continuous production operations.
• Proven ability to implement and enforce quality management systems, including a strong understanding of GMP and 5S principles.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding shop-floor personnel effectively towards shared goals.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of production and quality.
