Key Responsibilities

• For Production Executive/Officer: Oversee and manage daily production schedules and operations within the food processing unit, ensuring all targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• For Production Executive/Officer: Implement and monitor rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all products comply with regulatory guidelines and internal company specifications.
• For Production Executive/Officer: Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing comprehensive guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize overall productivity and team morale.
• For Production Executive/Officer: Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows across the manufacturing floor.
• For Production Executive/Officer: Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a safe, hygienic, and compliant working environment.
• For Machine Operator: Skillfully operate and monitor various production machinery essential for food processing and manufacturing, ensuring optimal performance and consistent output.
• For Machine Operator: Conduct routine checks and perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions or significant issues to the supervisory team to minimize downtime.
• For Machine Operator: Adhere to precise production instructions and quality guidelines to ensure consistent product quality, minimize defects, and optimize material usage.
• For Machine Operator: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, strictly following all safety regulations and hygiene standards specific to the food industry environment.

Requirements

• For Production Executive/Officer: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• For Machine Operator: ITI certification or vocational training in a relevant trade, coupled with demonstrable experience in operating industrial machinery.
• Proven experience in the food processing or broader manufacturing industry is highly desirable for all listed roles.
• Solid understanding of Quality Control (QC) principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and relevant industrial safety regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues and perform minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a steadfast commitment to achieving operational excellence.
