Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for a wide range of IT hardware, software licenses, and various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, ensuring timely acquisition and compliance.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key vendors, overseeing their performance, and managing the comprehensive vendor onboarding process to foster strong, productive partnerships.
• Conduct thorough quotation comparisons, meticulously analyze market trends, and proactively identify strategic opportunities for cost optimization and value enhancement in all procurement activities.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and finalization of contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and company standards.
• Implement and manage a robust tracking system for all licenses, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and renewals, ensuring all agreements are current and managed efficiently to prevent service disruptions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal IT, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure procurement strategies are fully aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Regularly report on procurement performance metrics, including savings achieved, vendor performance, and compliance rates, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in procurement and IT, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in a procurement role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the IT or services industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in vendor management, including successful negotiation of favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex data, compare multiple quotations, and identify optimal solutions for cost efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts, SLAs, and purchase orders simultaneously, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Proficiency in using procurement software systems and advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
