Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to the school, ensuring alignment with CBSE standards and the school’s core values.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of dedicated teachers, coordinators, and academic staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Champion academic excellence and the integration of modern, innovative teaching-learning practices, including technology and AI-enabled tools, across all grade levels.
• Oversee the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, policies, and examination protocols, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Strengthen parent engagement initiatives and communication channels to build a supportive school community focused on student development and well-being.
• Drive admissions, student retention strategies, and overall school growth through strategic planning and effective execution.
• Maintain exemplary standards of student discipline, child safety, and comprehensive school operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of comprehensive experience in school education, with substantial tenure in a Principal, School Head, or senior academic leadership capacity, preferably within a reputed CBSE school.
• Demonstrated expertise in academic and administrative leadership, coupled with in-depth knowledge of CBSE academic, administrative, and compliance guidelines.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, mentor, and develop teachers and academic teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• A strong commitment to academic excellence, student holistic development, and maintaining high standards of discipline.
• Experience in implementing modern teaching-learning practices, integrating technology and innovative educational programs, including exposure to AI-enabled education.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills, with a strong ability to engage parents and external stakeholders effectively.
