Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performing custom Canvas Apps with a strong emphasis on exceptional UI/UX standards and user-centric design principles.
• Component Engineering: Create and implement reusable SPFx web parts and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to extend the functionality and aesthetics of Power Platform solutions.
• Workflow Automation: Develop sophisticated automated workflows, including child flows and custom connectors, using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps to streamline business processes.
• Data Integration & Management: Integrate PowerApps solutions with various data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, SQL databases, SharePoint Online, and Power BI dashboards to ensure robust data flow and reporting capabilities.
• Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with business stakeholders to understand their operational bottlenecks, gather requirements, and translate them into effective, scalable digital solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience as a PowerApps Developer or in a similar role focusing on Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Demonstrable strong expertise in PowerApps (specifically Canvas Apps), Power Automate, and Power FX for building interactive and dynamic applications.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for developing client-side web parts and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls for custom component creation.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint Online for data storage, retrieval, and management within Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent UI/UX design sense with a proven ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces, coupled with strong written and verbal client communication skills.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration or development on the Microsoft Teams platform.
