Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
• Automate complex business processes and workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and utilize Microsoft Dataverse for secure and scalable data storage and solution architecture.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and various external systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Power Platform projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation governance.
• Explore and implement cutting-edge Copilot and AI capabilities within Power Platform solutions to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage solution deployments, and ensure adherence to security and governance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and provide expert guidance on solution architecture.

Requirements

• For Assistant Manager: A minimum of 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps development and Power Platform solutions.
• For Manager: A minimum of 9 to 12 years of comprehensive experience in Microsoft Power Apps development, with proven leadership in delivering complex Power Platform projects.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with SharePoint integration and developing solutions that interact with various APIs.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and deployment best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy scalable, user-friendly, and performant applications.
• Familiarity with leveraging Copilot and other AI features within the Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
