PLM Data Migration Architect

RapinnoTech is actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic PLM Data Migration Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead enterprise-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation initiatives, specifically focusing on migrations to Siemens Teamcenter. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of end-to-end data migration architecture and strategy for large-scale PLM transformations, primarily to Siemens Teamcenter.
• Translate intricate business, engineering, and IT requirements into robust migration frameworks and precise transformation rules.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable migration factories, sophisticated automation frameworks, and rule-driven transformation engines.
• Oversee comprehensive data quality management, including reconciliation, validation, dry runs, cutover planning, and robust rollback strategies.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful data integrity.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data migration, ensuring compliance with regulated environments.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in PLM data migration.

Requirements

• 12+ years of extensive experience in PLM implementations, with a strong focus on data migration expertise.
• Deep hands-on proficiency and demonstrable experience with Siemens Teamcenter as a target PLM platform.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale PLM migrations, including complex scenarios such as Agile PLM to Teamcenter and multi-instance consolidations.
• Expertise in defining comprehensive migration architecture and developing strategic approaches.
• Solid experience with data quality management processes, including reconciliation, validation, dry runs, cutover planning, and rollback strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Work authorization for USC & GC Only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading full lifecycle data migration programs specifically supporting Teamcenter transformations.
• Prior experience with Agile PLM to Siemens Teamcenter migration projects.
• Possession of Siemens Teamcenter Certifications.
• Industry background in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Engineering, or High-Tech sectors.
• Experience supporting large-scale US-based enterprise clients, particularly in regulated environments.
