Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex global payment systems, focusing on front-end customer journeys across various applications and browsers.
• Conduct elaborate requirement workshops with stakeholders to meticulously gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Demonstrate expertise in defining and articulating detailed EPICS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria to guide development teams.
• Apply deep functional knowledge of global payment schemes, including cross-border payments and the ISO 20022 standard.
• Collaborate effectively with global banking clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of payment solutions within an Agile framework.
• Drive the entire Business Analysis delivery lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and scoping through to implementation and post-launch support.
• Analyze existing payment processes and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.

Requirements

• Total experience of 8-12 years, with a minimum of 4-5 years of recent and dedicated Business Analysis experience specifically within the payments domain.
• Proven expertise in the Global Payments domain, including a strong understanding of cross-border payments and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
• Extensive functional understanding of front-end customer journeys within banking applications and web browsers.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working proficiently within Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to write detailed EPICS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Demonstrated success in leading and running elaborate requirement workshops.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting client expectations.
