Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent Pattern Agent algorithms for complex data analysis and recognition.
• Build robust and scalable machine learning pipelines to facilitate pattern extraction and continuous learning from diverse datasets.
• Implement sophisticated entity matching algorithms, data anonymization techniques, and inference-based decision systems to ensure accuracy and privacy.
• Collaborate closely with GraphRAG engineers to conceptualize, develop, and integrate enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Optimize AI models for superior performance, scalability, and seamless production deployment in cloud environments.
• Actively participate in architectural discussions, conduct thorough code reviews, ensure rigorous testing, and contribute to overall solution design.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and graph technologies to continually enhance our platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in AI development, machine learning, or pattern recognition.
• Profound expertise in designing and implementing Machine Learning Pipelines and Pattern Recognition Algorithms.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Graph Data Structures, Knowledge Systems, and Self-Learning Knowledge Systems.
• Demonstrated experience with Anonymization and Privacy-Preserving Data Processing techniques.
• Proficiency in Entity Matching & Inference Algorithms, along with Promotion & Graduation Logic.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python for AI and ML development.
• Familiarity with GraphRAG and Knowledge Graphs, including experience with databases like Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or TigerGraph.
• Hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI Frameworks is highly preferred.
• Candidates available for immediate joining or within a 15-day notice period will be given preference.
