As an Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, leading a dedicated team, and contributing directly to our mission of delivering reliable and cost-effective logistics solutions across India. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Operations Executives and Sorters, fostering a productive and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee daily processing, sorting, and dispatch activities, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and timelines.
• Implement and monitor operational best practices to maximize efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall productivity.
• Manage resource allocation, including manpower and equipment, to meet operational targets and demand fluctuations.
• Analyze operational data, generate performance reports, and identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within the operational hub.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges and streamline end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Thorough understanding of processing, sorting, and general warehouse management principles.
• Proficiency in using operational software and tools, including strong skills in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with team members and management.
• Ability to work in a demanding, target-driven environment with flexible hours as required by operational needs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
