Operations MIS Reporting Analyst

SafeAeon Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mohali. Key Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Create and update interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to present key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze data trends and patterns to identify potential issues, opportunities, and insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to management and team members.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be an immediate joiner, ready to commence work without delay.
• Prior experience of 0-6 months in a data-centric or reporting role is highly preferred.
