Operations MIS Reporting Analyst

As a Reporting & Analyst at Peoplefy, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that drive critical business decisions. You will leverage your technical prowess to extract, analyze, and visualize data, ensuring accuracy and providing clear, concise reports to various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Utilize Alteryx for advanced data blending, data preparation, and workflow automation to optimize reporting processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various databases for analysis.
• Develop Python scripts for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation of reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting initiatives.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) to validate reporting solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting methodologies and data governance practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Reporting & Analyst or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of reporting and analytical projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and advanced analytics.
• Demonstrable expertise in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Experience with UAT and QA processes for data solutions.
• Knowledge of Medicaid & CHC Membership or PTE Data is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
