Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future direction of our platforms.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.
• Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven expertise in either Angular or React for front-end development, coupled with strong back-end skills in Node.js or Python.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to producing high-quality code.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Indore.
