Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Architect and manage database schemas and integrations with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, along with implementing real-time communication via WebSockets.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing Docker for containerization and streamlining CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality, perform rigorous testing, conduct code reviews, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development efforts.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications, optimizing performance and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven professional experience of 4-5 years as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Exceptional proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, alongside hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and state management libraries.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with various databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis.
• Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Expertise in building and integrating with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
