Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js, along with core web technologies like HTML and CSS.
• Design, build, and optimize robust backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS to support scalable application functionality.
• Architect and enhance database schemas and queries for optimal performance using MySQL and DynamoDB, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Implement real-time communication features utilizing WebSockets and develop event-driven architectures with messaging platforms like Kafka.
• Integrate and manage various third-party services, including Firebase, and work extensively with REST APIs and microservices patterns.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and collaborating effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams.
• Actively participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, ensuring high availability and reliability of our applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered web applications.
• Exceptional proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern front-end libraries and frameworks, particularly React and Next.js.
• Proven expertise in building scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
• Solid experience with relational databases like MySQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, including schema design and optimization.
• Familiarity with real-time technologies like WebSockets and experience with message brokers such as Kafka.
• Proficiency in working with Firebase, REST APIs, and implementing microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, especially Git and GitHub, and experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
