Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications, utilizing React.js for dynamic frontend experiences and Node.js for robust backend services.
• Engage actively with cross-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX design, and quality assurance, to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement secure, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices, ensuring optimal functionality and maintainability across all application layers.
• Design and manage effective RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and optimize database interactions for various data storage solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and uphold high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, debug complex issues, and implement system enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web technologies, frameworks, and tools to continually enhance our development processes and product offerings.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience in Full Stack Development or a similar software engineering role.
• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), with a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with React.js, including its core principles, component lifecycle, and state management techniques (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Proven track record in backend development using Node.js, coupled with practical experience with popular frameworks such as Express.js.
• Solid understanding and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), including schema design and query optimization.
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
