Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex industrial software solutions using the .NET framework.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in C# for various applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering teams to define software requirements and translate them into functional, high-quality applications.
• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and continuous improvement.
• Champion best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to architectural standards.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of our software products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core is essential.
• Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience with REST APIs, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, and SQL databases.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Proven ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver highly scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
