.Net Developer

As a key member of our engineering team, the .NET Developer/Lead will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications. You will be instrumental in architecting solutions, ensuring code quality, and mentoring junior developers, all while adhering to best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise-level applications using .NET, C#, and MVC frameworks.
• Architect and develop scalable microservices-based solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and stability.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage deployment processes, particularly with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 to 9.8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and experience with building microservices architectures.
• Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing applications.
• Solid understanding and experience with SQL databases and related query optimization.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
