Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production workflow for various multimedia projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit compelling video content for Storyboard18, catering to diverse formats and platforms.
• Develop innovative multimedia storytelling strategies that capture audience attention and communicate key messages effectively.
• Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and design teams to align content with strategic objectives and campaigns.
• Oversee all aspects of post-production, including video editing, sound design, motion graphics, and color grading.
• Maintain and organize media assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval for future use.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, multimedia technology, and digital storytelling to continuously enhance content quality.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in video production, multimedia storytelling, and content creation, preferably within a media or digital publishing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end production workflows for various video and multimedia projects.
• Exceptional video editing skills with proficiency in industry-standard software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia work, including short-form videos, interviews, and documentary-style content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• A deep understanding of audience engagement and digital distribution platforms.
